Senior SAP S/4Hana Finance/Tax Consultant

Must have:

• Minimum 8 years experience as a SAP FI Consultant.
• Minimum 10 years experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and group wide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
• Experience with SAP Tax solution for EU countries and other regions specifically with Indirect Taxes, Withholding Taxes & Corporate Income Taxes
• Deep knowledge on SAP S/4Hana Tax solution and processes. Such as SAP country versions, SAP Document and Reporting
• Successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems (including S4 Finance)
• Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep knowledge of financial business or controlling processes.
• Experience with any other SAP Tax solution will be an advantage such as Sovos, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams, stakeholder communities and end users.
• Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Fluent in German
• Experience in the Pharma industry (Roche and/or Novartis)
